10 Minutes Bodyweight Belly Blasting Workout at Home
Many people including me thing that it is not possible to workout without visible results at home. It is true that you might not have the exercising equipment and weights at home which are required for a number of exercises. Surprisingly you can use your own body weight to perform the following workouts with amazing results when it comes to weight loss.
This bodyweight workout routine is designed keeping in mind the women who are beginners and thinking in their minds should we do workout. Yes you must do some workout if you are serious about lose weight. Dieting alone will not work, it should by only part of the overall weight loss plan.
These no-equipment workouts take about 10 minutes to complete one routine. You may start with 2 repetitions and then move to doing 4 repetitions. You need a timer to time your workout. Perform each workout for 60 seconds and then stop to rest for 30 seconds. Continue with other workouts.
1. Pushups (30 Seconds)
2. Jumping Jacks(30 Seconds)
3. Forward-Backword Lunges (30 Seconds)
4. V Sit-Ups (30 Seconds)
5. Side Stepping Squats (30 Seconds)
6. Burpees (30 Seconds)
7. Mountain Climbers (30 Seconds)
You must target to repeat this workout at least for 4 times. Don;t forget to rest for 30 seconds in between each 1 minute exercise. You can have some refreshing smoothies after your workout. If you are not already trying a diet to reduce your calorie intake, then you may also consider these diets. It is also a good idea to include more of the foods in your diets which have fats that help you to lose weight.
