This is how you will be performing the exercises.

30 Jumping Jacks
20 High Knees
30 Squats
20 Leg Lifts
30 Crunches
20 Squats
10 Pushups
1 Minute Plank

Rest for 60 seconds between these exercises. It is suggested that you perform the exercises at least 1 more time. You can perform the flat belly routine 3 times a week.
