  1. Place hands shoulder-width apart on bench.
  2. Balance on hands and balls of your feet so your body forms a straight line.
    Bend elbows and lower body half the distance to bench (6 to 8 inches).
  3. Hold for 30 seconds, and then press back up to start.
  4. Repeat 3-5 times.

  1. How important is the size of the bra when it comes to health of breasts? Is it true that wearing bra all the time will allow the breasts to sag faster?
