Drink This At Night and Lose Belly Fat While SleepingWould you like to lose belly fat while sleeping? The only way to do this is by stimulating your metabolism during your sleep so that your body keeps on burning fat even at night. The amazing drink I am talking about has the ingredients which boost your metabolism and burn calories while you are fast asleep in your bed.  Now imagine if you follow a workout routine during day time to lose weight and at night your helper is working for your to melt some extra pounds of body fat, you will be losing weight much faster than usual.

There are only 5 ingredients in this amazing drinks which will help you to lose weight quickly. I used it for five days and became about 5 pounds lighter as a result. It is better not to use it for longer periods and should try to have break of couple of weeks in between.  Following are the ingredients of the drink.

Parsley:

Parsley is not only source of minerals and fiber, it also is a natural diuretic. A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology in 2002 has confirmed the diuretic effects of parsley.

The researchers gave rats parsley seed tea to drink. It was observed that the rats had a marked increase in urinary volume over a 24 hour period. The researchers were of the view that parsley works as a diuretic because of a mechanism in the herb that blocks the re-absorption of potassium and sodium. This effect causes flow of water via osmosis, and hence, results in a a greater urinary volume.

Lemon:

Lemon is well known for its detoxifying and cleansing properties that help remove waste from the body and promote cleansing. Lemon has high content of vitamin C and antioxidants. It provides help to strengthen the immune system and prevent disease.

Cucumber:

Cucumber is a highly diuretic ingredient. It stimulates the removal of accumulated fluids in the body. It also helps to improve digestion and promotes the elimination of waste from the body.

Ginger:

Ginger root tea works for weight loss because it is a digestive aid which help to digest the food. It also assist in removing the undigested parts of food from the body.  Ginger may increases the body metabolic rate, in some cases up to 20%, which can help to burn the fat stored in our body.

Ingredients:

  1. Bunch of parsley
  2. Medium sized lemon (1)
  3. Medium sized Cucumber (1)
  4. Ginger grated (1 ts)
  5. Water (1/2 glass)

Preparation:

Wash parsley and squeeze lemon juice in a blender. Cut the cucumber in slices and also add it to the blender. Now add grated ginger and half glass of water to the blender. Turn on the blender and blend all the ingredients to get a smooth consistency.

Your drink is ready. You should drink it before going to bed and possibly first thing in the morning. It does not taste that good but I consumed it thinking like having medicine to get rid of my excessive body weight. No it is not that bad. The taste is strong and I do not suggest adding anything else.

As I mentioned earlier, drink it for 5 days and then have a break of about couple of weeks. It is not recommended for women who are pregnant as it might not be safe.
