
Flush Body Fat by Drinking This Amazing Detox Water
It is officially spring in Canada and weather is warming up in most parts. It is time to make some refreshing detox drink infused with natural ingredients to quench thirst and cleans my body at the same time. One of the easiest and most refreshing drink can be prepared with lemon, mint and cucumber. The best thing about this drink is that you do not need any blender or juicer to prepare it and it takes only 5 minutes to make it.
The ingredients of the detox water are similar to lemonade but we are not adding any sugar or sweet to it. Also adding cucumber help us to take advantage of its natural ability to flush extra water in body. Try to use the fresh mint for this recipe. I prefer to use mint grown in my backyard or container. The aroma and taste is much better than what you get from store bought mint.
Ingredients:
6 cups of water
1 – 2 lemons, thinly sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
5-10 mint leaves.
We will start with rinsing all the ingredients and slice the lemons and cucumber into very thin slices. There is no need to chop mint leaves. Now add lemons, cucumber, and mint to pitcher and add water. You can refrigerate it at least 6 hours or leave it overnight. I prefer to use it with ice some time lots of ice when it is too hot.
I saw a water diet drink similiar to the here on Pinterest, except the recipe included the spice called ginger. I would appreciate it if someone would email me the recipe for the water diet drink that includes cucumber, mint, lemon and ginger. Thanks ! Lisa Beth Bell
