Ingredients:

  • 5 large kale leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger

  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation:

1. Chop kale leaves. Remove peel of lemon and cut into pieces.
2. Put all ingredients in your blender.
3. Let the blender run on a high speed for around 1 minute or until liquefied.
4. Pour into glass and drink in the morning.
