2. Criss Cross Exercise

Lie down on the exercise mat on your back with your knees bent such that your shins are parallel to floor. Place your hands behind your head.

Extend your left leg out about 45 degrees to the floor and bring the right knee towards your chest. Twist your left shoulder to your right knee. Switch sides and bring your right shoulder to your left knee while extending your right leg.

Repeat 20 to 50 times for each side. Your head, neck and shoulders should be off the floor throughout the exercise. This workout is excellent for your abs and obliques.
