6. Roll Up Exercise for Lower Belly Fat

Lie flat on your back with your arms extended overhead. Inhale arms to the sky, exhale and slowly roll up into a c-shaped curve reaching towards your toes. Inhale and start to slowly go back in a C curve. Exhale as you uncurl your body slowly back onto the mat.

You must keep your feet on the ground while doing this role up exercise. If you have trouble keeping your feet on the ground then use some support or ask someone to hold your feet on the ground.
