You need the following ingredients for this weight loss drink:

1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar

If you do not have grapefruit juice, then peel one grapefruit and cut it in small pieces. Put the grapefruit juice/grapefruit pieces in a blender, add the apple cider vinegar and  honey. Start the blender and let all the ingredients blend for few minutes. Your weight loss drink is ready.

Drink this drink it every day in the morning and evening before meal. You will see the results in 14 days.   After 14 days take a  7-days break. If you are not happy with the results then drink two cups of this drink for other two weeks for better results.

If you do not find grapefruit, then you can replace it with other citrus fruit. However, do not use lemon and use oranges instead. For better results you should try to prepare the drink fresh each time you consume it.

    • There is something about Grapefruit that is different that all others. You have to be careful drinking it because of the doses of something that you have taken. Say you take a aspirin and out of the 100mg pill you took 50% gets into your body. With Grapefruit 80% would get into you. I think that is the reason it calls for that and not others.

    • You can use ruby red grapefruit as well. If you have health issue with grapefruit, I would just avoid it and try some other drinks which can help you with weight loss.

    • It is better to use fresh juice but you can also use grapefruit juice which is not made from concentrate and is without added sugars and preservatives.

  2. Why can you NOT use lemon juice?
    I have been drinking lemon juice ACV honey with a pinch of baking soda. I feel great and have been drinking it for 1.5 weeks and feel great..have more energy and want to do my circuit workouts.. I have lost 5 lbs and one inch. Since using the drink.. I have had a horrible time losing weight and have been working out again.. This suddley jump started something for sure.. Less hungry and feel great. I will have to post a pic in another week.
    But.. If you could explain why not Lemon juice? Will I get better result with orange ? Cannot do Grapefruit. Thank you!!

  3. I have been using lemon all this while. Felt good with healthy tummy but not much loss. Will try grapefruit juice from now. I will be curious to know why NOT to use lemon!

  4. Can’t use grapefruit juice because of blood pressure meds. Is there any other juice that works similar to grapefruit juice ?

  5. Can you just not have the grapefruit juice at all or replace it with something that isn’t citrus? I’m allergic to citrus 🙁

      ingredients : 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
      1/2 tsp ginger
      4-5 tbsp stevia (less if u like)
      Put in quart jar fill 3/4 full w water
      Add ice and straw!! U can add any flavors. Watkins pineapple and coconut flavor makes pina colda taste!! It’s the new pop at our house

    Are grapefruit juice and ACV acid and be harmful to the stomach?
    Can use sugar free juice due to diabetes?

    • Grapefruit and ACV are not harmful to stomach. You can use sugar free juice. Having said that it will be better if you consult your physician before you start any weight loss program because of your medical condition.

  11. Has anyone found what juice seem to work better? I just don’t like grapfruit at all but I’m trying it. To me it tastes horrible. Can I add more honey then?

  15. hi, i drink freshly squeeze grapefruit juice honey and acv at night (before bed) , and is it enough ? because i don”t take 2 times since i”m breastfeeding
